/ 5) "I set up an appt. with the office manager-after she contacted me. I told her I was not in the position to buy/spend any money. She told me the service was free as it was the 2nd visit for my Fall contract. Mr. Clement came out and serviced my A/C. When I told him him it was suppose to be for the Fall contract-he said he could do that too. The miscommunication cost me $300+ dollars."
