"I set up an appt. with the office manager-after she contacted me. I told her I was not in the position to buy/spend any money. She told me the service was free as it was the 2nd visit for my Fall contract. Mr. Clement came out and serviced my A/C. When I told him him it was suppose to be for the Fall contract-he said he could do that too. The miscommunication cost me $300+ dollars."

"During the latest cold-snap our heat pump shut down. We contacted Clement to see if they could take care of the issue even though it was the weekend. They were happy to help us even with the inconvenient timing. When it was all said and done, we paid considerably less then we had thought we would for the emergency repair. Thanks to the guys at Clement we can rest easy and comfortable again."
